RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final.
In case we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund the money within 14 days.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days from receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All couriers will be sent via local courier services and can take from 5-14 days to reach you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Incase you do not receive your order within this timeline, please do write to us so we can send you tracking details for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All couriers will be sent via international courier services and can take from 10-15 days to reach you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
In certain countries custom departments have specific policies and charges for accepting books / purchase couriers. We provide contact details for your order in the shipment itself. So that customs officers can reach you directly in such a situation.
Mazhi Books is not responsible for decisions taken by customs officers of the destination country.
Damages
At Mazhi we do our best to pack books extremely carefully to avoid damage in transit, however we not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us or the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
